Japan Team Update - Days #18-19
HIGH:
- Team 2! New team members arrive safely. Praise God! They come in with fresh energy, wide-eye curiosity, and a willingness to jump into where they're needed. We're very excited to see how God will move in them and how they'll grow closer to the Lord.
- Team 1! With their mission complete, they finish off their trip with enjoying the sights of Fukuoka like Ohori Park, Pokemon Center, and Fukuoka Softbank Hawks Baseball.
- Surprise! Unbeknownst to Team 2, Team 1 surprises them by attending Sunday Service and Children's Ministry. It was a joyful reunion with lots of hugs and pictures. By being all together, it also gave a chance for Team 1 to help bridge the relationships between students and the new faces of Team 2. It was cute to hear one of our youth say to a kid, "Hey this is my best friend. I know you'll like them too!"
- Prayer & Worship Night! Team 2 is introduced to the church and Sam shares an impactful story about evangelism.

- Health! Team is sick. We need healing.
BUFFALO:
- Caution! What's up with Japan and their scary creatures!? We've seen giant worms, snakes on the road, but tonight was the most shocking. An enormous spider, close to the size of a palm, interrupted our team meeting inside our dorm. However, it was swifty destroyed by the hands of Mimo and Eli. GOAT status to the Mother-Son Duo!
